Pricing

One price per museum. Everything included.

You place yourself by the size of your museum, based on your visitor numbers. Every tier includes the full feature set: unlimited exhibitions and unlimited participants.

So you and your leadership know from the start what to budget for. Cancel monthly, or save ten percent by paying annually. Only loan traffic becomes its own module, which you add later once your museum needs it.

Visitor numbers are a guide for finding your tier, not a hard limit. Your price stays the same for the contract term, even if your visitor numbers fluctuate.

All prices are net per month and museum, plus statutory VAT. Cancel monthly, minimum term one month. Try it free of obligation for 14 days at half price; the trial amount is credited against your contract once signed. Pilot partners receive reduced rates.

For design studios

For scenographers and design studios

Do you design exhibitions for multiple museums? CuraSpace is available as a partner license. Each museum you work with operates in its own, protected workspace, and you keep an overview across all projects. Terms are based on the number of museums, not visitor numbers.

For associations

Association and state licenses

Through museum associations and regional bodies, we bring many museums together under one contract: a single license, procured jointly. Museums of every size benefit, especially where several museums buy together or where a single museum's budget is tight. Talk to us, or to your association, about a shared solution.

For your own infrastructure

Self-hosting on your own infrastructure

Does your governing body require all data to stay on premises? CuraSpace can also run entirely on your own infrastructure. Your content then lives on your servers, under your control, matching strict requirements for IT security and data sovereignty. We discuss scope and pricing individually.

Additional services

We handle initial setup together with you, migrating existing content, and training your team on a time-and-materials basis, calculated transparently up front for each project. We support you until you're working independently.

We're happy to take on additional system connections, migrating data from legacy systems, and custom adaptations on a day-rate basis. Hardware such as tablets, audio guides or sensors is something you bring from the project itself.

Bring your next exhibition together in one place.

We're currently welcoming a small number of pilot partners and building CuraSpace together with them. In a first 30-minute conversation, we'll show you how CuraSpace fits your museum.
